LED Group is a charitable trust committed to promoting health, wellbeing, and quality of life throughout East Devon. We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Lifeguards to join our team at Exmouth Leisure Centre, which features a 25-metre pool, modern gym, and climbing wall.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Ensure safety by supervising all swimming activities and maintaining a safe environment.
  2. Support and assist customers, enforcing pool safety regulations.
  3. Respond promptly to emergencies by administering first aid and CPR.
  4. Conduct routine pool maintenance checks to ensure cleanliness and water quality.
  5. Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
About You
  1. RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification or willingness to obtain.
