Job summary

Nuffield Health is looking for a Lifeguard at their Bristol North Fitness & Wellbeing Centre. In this part-time role, you'll ensure the safety and enjoyment of our members in our wet facilities while developing your skills in a supportive environment. Bristol North FWC | Fitness | Permanent | Part-time
Up to £25,646.40 pro-rata, dependent on experience
12 hours per week (Overtime available)

As a Lifeguard at our gym, you’ll hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent and be able to provide ongoing training records. You have enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn new skills. Like us, you’re passionate about great customer care – and you’re a team player.

As a Lifeguard, you will:

• Help our members stay safe and healthy when using our wetside facilities – the swimming pool, spa, sauna, and steam room
• Be attentive and alert at all times
• Create a friendly, relaxed, and professional environment
• Welcome and support members when using the facilities
• Pay close attention to safety and respond to any incidents immediately
• Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times
