Pinnacle Group seeks a Life Cycle & Variations Support Manager to own planning, procurement, and delivery of Lifecycle and Variation works for school PFI contracts from scoping to close-out. Based in Swindon, you will lead end-to-end delivery with the Total FM team ensuring compliance and value for money.

You will manage high-value budgets, coordinate contractors, and drive safety and quality across sites, reporting monthly and escalating commercial pressures as needed.

Competenze

• Strong background in project management and lifecycle maintenance within building services.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
• Solid understanding of Health & Safety legislation and best practice.

Mansioni

• Act as the primary owner for Lifecycle and Variation works across the region.
• Develop and maintain the Lifecycle and Variation programme with priorities, approvals, dependencies, risks and milestones.
• Lead procurement activity including tender docs, contractor evaluations and award recommendations.
• Manage day-to-day performance of contractors and Pinnacle personnel for Lifecycle, New Works and Variations.
• Control expenditure, income, forecasts and accruals with monthly reporting and escalation of issues.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements across sites.
• Line manage the Project Coordinator and support planning, reporting and document control.
