Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the lifecycle and project delivery for facilities management contracts. You will assemble and manage a cohesive team, supervise day-to-day operations, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

You will liaise with clients, manage risks, and provide technical guidance while supporting tendering and pricing activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in project management.
Current SMSTS certificate.
Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello, or similar).
Having excellent computer / IT skills and proven knowledge of CAFM systems.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Create and sustain a cohesive, cost effective team for the delivery of contracts/projects under your control.
Responsibility for all day to day management, control, co-ordination, execution of all operations under your control.
Ensuring that project/minor works are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality levels.
Carry out weekly team review meetings
Maintain Project trackers.
Cost management of all Lifecyle and projects working with the Commercial team.
Client satisfaction and the quality of service provided.
Productions of reports at regular intervals determined by Project, detailing physical and financial progress.
