Are you a data-driven marketer with deep marketing automation expertise and a passion for driving growth through strategic customer journeys? Join Veeqo and help sellers learn more about our innovative shipping and inventory software.

The Team
The Veeqo team is a subsidiary of Amazon (acquired in 2021). The marketing team uses data, seller insights, and automation to invent, test and scale programs that raise awareness of Veeqo and drive Sellers to signup or engage with our sales team. We're a close-knit group of marketers (functional channel owners, product marketers, creatives, content marketers, etc) who collaborate well and enjoy a fast pace of delivery. You'll work in tight partnership with our marketing design and product marketing team.

The Role
Our Marketing team is seeking an exceptional Marketing Manager to own lifecycle marketing programs and marketing automation strategy to improve seller awareness, adoption, and ongoing engagement with Veeqo. You will develop, implement, and optimize sophisticated marketing automation programs across multiple seller cohorts with a strong focus on building data-driven customer journeys. This is a highly cross-functional role that requires close partnerships with marketing, product, BI, legal, and finance leaders. This role requires an analytical marketer with strong Pardot or Marketo experience who is willing to constantly experiment to deliver results. You will help define our marketing automation and engagement strategy to help 3P Sellers discover and adopt Veeqo.

The right candidate is an experienced CRM marketer who understands marketing automation best practices, is comfortable with complex segmentation and journey building, and has a passion for using data to optimize campaign effectiveness. They have demonstrated they can convert user insights into high-performing automated campaigns, preferably in a technology business. They'll be comfortable moving fast with a testing first mindset.

Key job responsibilities
* Develop and execute sophisticated lifecycle marketing strategies leveraging Pardot/Marketo, including building and optimizing multi-touch customer journeys to drive seller adoption and engagement
* Create and implement advanced segmentation strategies to deliver personalized experiences to different audience segments
* Create and test multiple messaging variants to identify the most effective way to communicate Veeqo's value proposition to different audience segments
* Build, test, and optimize marketing automation programs, making continuous improvements based on performance, trends, insights; regularly report out metrics
* Execute outbound marketing campaigns with a focus on journey optimization to effectively engage target audiences at the right time with the right message
* Lead A/B testing initiatives to improve email engagement metrics and conversion rates across the customer lifecycle
* Deep dive into existing marketing automation workflows and brainstorm opportunities to optimize program performance and seller experience
* Collaborate effectively across multiple stakeholder teams—including Product, Sales, Finance, Legal—to achieve business goals and ensure program success

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Experience in marketing or marketing research
- Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership
- Experience in A/B testing

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience creating and executing integrated marketing lead generation campaigns using tactics that include live or virtual events, webinars, email, lead nurture programs, and CRM/sales insights
- Experience with Salesforce and Tableau
- Experience with Marketo, or similar email platforms
