Overview

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join a global SaaS organization that is recognized as a top place to work for a 12-month contract. You will play a key role in driving customer retention, engagement, and growth on their platform through hyper-personalized, data and AI backed lifecycle campaigns across our EMEA Product journeys.

You'll lead on the execution and optimization of omnichannel campaigns that deepen relationships across customer journeys—from onboarding to true customer advocacy.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute end-to-end lifecycle marketing campaigns on our platform to drive conversion, activation, engagement, cross-sell, and retention.
  • Partner with global counterparts, product marketing, analytics, data science, and technology teams to align lifecycle strategies with customer needs and business goals.
  • Own the creation and deployment of campaigns across channels (Email, IPD, SMS, etc.), aimed at driving activation and retention.
  • Use in-house experimentation and campaign management platforms to continuously improve campaign performance and user experience.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and KPIs, drawing actionable insights to optimize marketing effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with creative, data, engineering, and product teams, drawing on our global expertise and leveraging them to drive personalized experiences at scale.
  • Align lifecycle marketing efforts with broader go-to-market and brand campaigns, taking ownership of the full end-to-end experience.
  • Leverage marketing automation platforms (e.g., Eloqua, Marketo, Braze, Adobe Experience Platform).
Experience
