Full Time

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lifecycle Engineering Manager with experience in Condition Based Monitoring and expertise in Service process S3000L and Asset Management to join our PWR1 and PWR2 Engineering Team.

As the Lifecycle Engineering Manager, you will drive effective technical risk management and root cause analysis, supporting continuous product improvements to ensure customer satisfaction and meet business expectations.

Our hybrid working model allows flexibility between office, home, and remote locations, with an expectation of attendance about three days per week for collaboration and specific tasks.

What you will be doing:
  • Supporting the development and execution of the In Service strategy through collaboration with internal and external networks.
  • Providing technical guidance, training, and leadership to peers and junior staff.
  • Leading capability projects, including requirements gathering, proposal creation, stakeholder approval, funding acquisition, and partner support alignment.
  • Supporting the development and application of new capabilities, leading related projects.
  • Resolving emerging technical, compliance, and business issues through analytical processes and professional judgment.
  • Ensuring policies, standards, and best practices are defined, shared, and adopted.

  • Experience with Condition Based Monitoring, full Life Cycle Engineering, or ILS (Integrated Logistics Support) Supportability Engineering.
  • Technical expertise in Service process S3000L and Asset Management.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Project leadership experience, including training and mentoring others.
  • Professionally qualified engineer (minimum BEng degree or equivalent).
  • Understanding of Intellectual Property and Export Control requirements.
