Job Description:

The Education Administration Office, within Education and Student Success, provides central operational support for key student lifecycle processes.

The Lifecycle Administration Manager role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the efficient delivery of high-quality services related to examinations, graduation, timetabling, and student records administration, ensuring excellent stakeholder service. The postholder will focus on continuous improvement to enhance the student experience.

What will you be doing?
  1. Manage a central team of administrators and subject matter experts. Provide day-to-day management, clear direction, support skill development, and promote personal growth.
  2. Understand the student lifecycle at the University of Bristol. Support delivery of key milestones through planning and stakeholder liaison.
  3. Drive process improvements and manage change. Ensure team processes are future-proof and adaptable to sector challenges and initiatives.
  4. Ensure successful delivery of student lifecycle elements. Oversee activities from registration to award verification, including timetabling, examinations, and graduation.
  5. Maintain quality and accuracy of team outputs. Implement policies for compliance with regulations and keep user documentation current.
