Job summary

BIP is seeking a Manager - Life Sciences Transformation Delivery in London to lead integrated delivery of complex transformation programmes across Life Sciences. You will turn strategy into executable plans, coordinate cross-functional workstreams and drive momentum, actions and decisions with senior stakeholders.

The role is client-facing, hands-on delivery leadership, focusing on clarity, ownership and delivering tangible outcomes in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

Strong Life Sciences consulting experience and leading delivery within complex transformation programmes.
Experience delivering technology, data or AI-enabled transformation in Life Sciences.
Demonstrable ability to manage integrated plans, milestones, risks and actions.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day delivery of complex Life Sciences transformation programmes or major workstreams.
Translate objectives into integrated plans with milestones, dependencies and ownership.
Coordinate across business, process, technology, data and change workstreams.
Establish governance, reporting and controls to enable timely decisions.
Own plans and manage milestones, risks, issues and actions end-to-end.
Prepare decision-oriented materials for steering committees and governance forums.
