Qualifications

• 2+ years recruiting experience, Life Sciences, STEM or related fields.
• Proven full lifecycle recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting for contract roles is desirable.
• Strong sourcing and networking abilities.
• Commercial mindset with KPI and revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for contract roles in life sciences.
• Deliver high-quality candidates within client timelines.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and contractor pool.
• Source and engage professionals using diverse methods and platforms.
• Manage multiple vacancies with a high standard of candidate experience.
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth through cross-selling.
