Are you an experienced 360 recruiter with a passion for partnering with the most innovative names in Life Sciences? Looking for a high-earning, remote-first opportunity that offers autonomy, high-profile clients, and industry-leading commission?

We’re hiring a Life Sciences Recruiter to join a specialist agency working with VC-backed startups, PE-funded scale-ups, and global leaders across Biotech, MedTech, and Pharma. This is a fully remote role, and you’ll be part of a high-performing UK-based team that’s growing rapidly and taking ambitious recruiters along for the ride.

The Role:

Location: Fully remote, UK based

Salary: £35,000 – £50,000 base + up to 60% commission
