Overview

Life Sciences Recruitment – London | USA. This global recruitment business specialises in providing talent solutions for industries including pharmaceuticals, medical technology and healthcare communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage full 360 recruitment activities within the life sciences sector.
• Build strong relationships, network effectively and demonstrate the ability to win business.
• Deliver excellence within the life science industry and maintain a high standard of candidate and client engagement.
• Work on-site 4 days a week.

Qualifications

• Senior Consultants / Principals / Directors level candidates are of interest.
• You must have experience across the life sciences for a minimum of 3 years performing full 360 recruitment.
• Strong track record in relationship building and business development within recruitment.
• Permanent UK right to work is required to be considered.

Salary and Benefits

Salary - £28k - $100k base (dependent on location, calibre, approach and experience) + wealth of benefits, WFH hybrid, strong commission, ongoing mentorship and a positive, diverse and inclusive culture.
