Role description:
Arcadis is seeking an exceptional Life Science Pharmaceutical Account & Growth Lead to drive growth in the rapidly expanding UK life sciences and pharmaceutical sector. This key role focuses on advancing Arcadis’ position as a trusted partner in delivering complex, large-scale pharmaceutical and life sciences developments. This is a unique opportunity to lead, innovate, and grow within one of the Leadership Team’s most strategic sectors in the UK and globally.
The individual sought will be a self-motivated and results-oriented person with a proven track record of EPCMV project delivery in the Pharma industry. The role will be key to building Arcadis Pharmaceutical's capability in the UK market with a focus on the Golden Triangle Region.
This person will have strong client relationships, with a focus on securing both new and repeat work with existing clients. The person will have in-depth knowledge of the supply chain market, both from a resourcing and supplier delivery perspective, and be business-oriented with experience in all aspects of delivery, including design, procurement, and operations.
The successful candidate will leverage their proven track record, technical expertise, and established network to cultivate relationships, develop tailored solutions, and secure high-value opportunities for Arcadis. Working closely with the Sector Leader and Business Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets, all while overseeing client delivery and ensuring excellence.
