This highly regarded firm seeks a senior solicitor to join its specialist Life Sciences team. You will advise a diverse range of clients, including academic, medical, and governmental institutions, on matters such as clinical trials, IP licensing, partnering transactions, research collaborations, regulatory issues, data protection, commercial contracts, and due diligence for corporate transactions.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ PQE from a leading law firm or in-house environment, with a strong background in life sciences, technical expertise, and a commercially minded approach. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong client relationships are essential.
