Life Science Engineer - North UK & Wales
We are seeking a dedicated Service Engineer to support our Life Science service team across North England and Wales.
Getinge is a respected OEM, committed to saving lives through manufacturing and maintenance of life science products and solutions. Our Service Team leads our business, responsible for routine servicing, testing, and repairs of equipment in Life Science facilities throughout the UK and Ireland.
You will utilize your technical skills to ensure smooth operation of our machines, representing the company and building strong relationships with customers and colleagues to deliver excellent service.
This is a field-based role requiring self-motivation and the ability to manage your workload independently. You will receive support from the Service Office, Service Managers, and our Technical Services Department, which has direct access to manufacturing sites and technical expertise.
The ideal candidate will have a background in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering with relevant qualifications. Comprehensive training on Getinge’s equipment will be provided. Our Career Progression Pathway assesses your development bi-annually, rewarding continuous learning and growth.
