Galliford Try Group is seeking a Project Manager for its Asset Intelligence Business in Warrington. In this role, you will oversee project delivery in the water utility sector, focusing on security systems at operational sites.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of safety standards, relevant qualifications, and experience in live hospital environments. The position offers excellent benefits including holiday entitlement, corporate discounts, and a comprehensive pension plan.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of BS 5839-1:2025 and HTM 05.
• Level 3 FIA qualification (or equivalent).
• Relevant ONC / City & Guilds / NVQ qualification.
• Experience working with Life Safety Systems and live hospital environments.
• CSCS card and clean DBS check.
• Good IT skills (Microsoft Office).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in creating a 'knowingly safe' working environment.
• Ensure health, safety & sustainability standards are applied.
• Assume responsibility for financial performance of projects.
• Control and monitor efficient progress of the works.
• Liaise with the design team for timely deliverables.
• Administer the valuation system to maximize cash flow.
