Job summary

Kisimul Group is seeking Life Practitioners for our Adult Supported Living Home in Yaxley, Peterborough. You will support individuals with complex needs to lead more independent lives, assisting with daily activities and accompanying them on trips into the community.

Starting rate £13.12–£14.62 per hour, with progression through a competency framework to higher rates. A company vehicle is provided for work-related transport, and a full UK driving licence (or driving in the UK for 2+ years) is

About The Role

Our Adult Supported Living Home is looking for Life Practitioners to join our team at Carbaid in Yaxley, Peterborugh.

We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and a dedicated Life Practitioner to join our team. As a Life Practitioner, you will provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. You will play a key role in helping them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting them in daily activities and accompanying them on trips into the community.

We provide a company vehicle that can be used to transport the people we support to community activities such as shopping, meals, appointments, and outings. To drive the company vehicle, you must have held a full UK drivers licence or have been driving in the UK for 2 years or more.

Starting rates are £13.12 and for those with experience it's £14.12. Level 1 - £13.12, Level 2 - £13.62, Level 3 £14.62.

You will have the opportunity to enhance your skills through our competency framework, unlocking pathways to increased hourly rates of pay.
