Kisimul Group Ltd is hiring Life Practitioners for our Adult Residential Home in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire. You will support individuals with severe learning disabilities, assist with daily activities, and accompany them on trips into the community.

A company vehicle is provided for transport, subject to a UK driving licence. Starting rates are £13.12, with progression to £14.12 and higher levels (£13.62, £14.62) as competencies grow.

About The Role

Our Adult Residential Home is looking for Life Practitioners to join our team at Tigh Calman in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire.

We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and a dedicated Life Practitioner to join our team. As a Life Practitioner, you will provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. You will play a key role in helping them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting them in daily activities and accompanying them on trips into the community.

We provide a company vehicle that can be used to transport the people we support to community activities such as shopping, meals, appointments, and outings. To drive the company vehicle, you must have held a full UK drivers licence or have been driving in the UK for 2 years or more.

Starting rates are £13.12 and for those with experience it’s £14.12.

Level 1 - £13.12, Level 2 - £13.62, Level 3 £14.62.

You will have the opportunity to enhance your skills through our competency framework, unlocking pathways to increased hourly rates of pay.
