Kisimul Group invites applications for Life Practitioners to support adults with complex needs at St Marys in Surrey. You will assist with daily living, enable independence and accompany clients on community outings, using the company vehicle with a valid UK licence.

The role offers progression through a competency framework, with pay steps from £14.17 to £15.25 per hour and opportunities for increased rates as you gain experience. Full-time positions available.

Qualificações

• Computer literacy.
• Willingness to work towards Level 3 in Health & Social Care if not held already.

Our AdultResidentialHome is looking for Life Practitioners to join our team at St Marys in Surrey.

We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and a dedicated Life Practitioner to join our team. As a Life Practitioner, you will provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. You will play a key role in helping them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting them in daily activities and accompanying them on trips into the community.

We provide a company vehicle that can be used to transport the people we support to community activities such as shopping, meals, appointments, and outings. To drive the company vehicle, you must have held a full UK drivers licence or have been driving in the UK for 2 years or more.

Starting rates are £14.17 and for those with experience it’s £15.25

Level 1 - £14.17, Level 2 - £14.71, Level 3 £15.25

You will have the opportunity to enhance your skills through our competency framework, unlocking pathways to increased hourly rates of pay.
