Kisimul Group is recruiting Life Practitioners to join our team at An Darch in North Scarle, Lincolnshire. You will support individuals with severe learning disabilities, assisting with daily activities and community outings, and you may drive the company vehicle with a valid UK licence (or 2+ years driving in the UK).

Starting rates £13.12–£14.62 per hour, with progression through a competency framework unlocking higher hourly rates.

Our AdultResidentialHome is looking for Life Practitioners to join our team atAn Darch in North Scarle, Lincolnshire.

We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and a dedicated Life Practitioner to join our team. As a Life Practitioner, you will provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. You will play a key role in helping them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting them in daily activities and accompanying them on trips into the community. We provide a company vehicle that can be used to transport the people we support to community activities such as shopping, meals, appointments, and outings. To drive the company vehicle, you must have held a full UK drivers licence or have been driving in the UK for 2 years or more.

Starting rates are £13.12 and for those with experience it’s £14.12

Level 1 - £13.12, Level 2 - £13.62, Level 3 £14.62.

You will have the opportunity to enhance your skills through our competency framework, unlocking pathways to increased hourly rates of pay.
