About The Role

We are looking for Life Practitioners to join our team at The Old Elms in Retford, Nottinghamshire.

We seek a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Life Practitioner to support individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. Your role will involve helping them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting with daily activities and accompanying them on community trips.

We provide a company vehicle for community activities such as shopping, meals, appointments, and outings. To drive the vehicle, you must have held a full UK driving license or have been driving in the UK for 2 years or more.
