We are seeking compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Life Practitioners to join our team at Tigh Fruin in Hayton, Retford. As a Life Practitioner, you will support individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs, helping them lead fulfilling, independent lives by assisting with daily activities and accompanying them on community trips.

We provide a company vehicle for transporting clients to activities such as shopping, appointments, and outings. To drive the vehicle, you must have a full UK driving license or have been driving in the UK for at least 2 years.
