Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Industry Consultant in Life & Pensions to shape large transformational engagements for leading Life, Pensions and Retail Investment clients. You will drive market-relevant change by defining industry solutions and building strong client relationships.

The role requires experience in Life insurance and retirement solutions, and the ability to operate across business and technology domains, including large-scale re-platforming and M&A support.

Qualifications

• Experience applying knowledge in Life Insurance/Protection, Annuities, Pensions or Retirement Solutions (3+ years).
• Proven track record building and sustaining relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Expertise in digital technology applications to business use cases (policy administration, efficiency, process improvement).
• Market experience in Life, Pensions & Retail Investments sector across operations and life office administration.
• Excellent presentation and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort operating at the intersection of business and technology with ambiguity and innovation.
