Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Industry Associate Manager for Life, Pensions & Investments in London with hybrid work options. You will lead client engagements, shape industry solutions, and build deep relationships with stakeholders while coordinating teams across Strategy, Technology, and Operations.

The role requires strong problem-solving, presentation and communication skills, with experience in driving transformational change across LP&I programs and M&A support as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering business and technology change within the Life, Pensions & Investments sector.
• Proven ability to lead workstreams, manage deliverables and drive successful client outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of LP&I domains including pensions, investments, wealth, protection, life insurance or annuities.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams and client engagements to solve complex business challenges across the Life, Pensions & Investments sector.
• Develop industry solutions, propositions and points of view that help clients address strategic, operational and technology-led change.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders through growing industry expertise and market insight.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across Accenture to deliver high-quality outcomes and measurable client value.
• Support the identification, shaping and development of new client opportunities and account growth.
• Coach and mentor junior practitioners, contributing to capability growth and a strong team culture.
