Job description

We’re recruiting for Life In Insurance Sales Advisor to join our growing team.

Do you thrive when working towards targets? Are you looking for a hybrid role where you’ll work 3 days from home and 2 days in our Cardiff office? If so, come and join us! No previous sales experience required, and all applications will be considered. Full training will be provided, as well as regular on-job coaching and support.

We work on a shift basis between 8.30am - 8pm Monday - Friday, and 9am-1pm on Saturdays. You will work a total of 35 hours per week.

Our excellent monthly bonus scheme (discretionary) means you could earn up to an additional £800 per month on top of your base salary of £23,525.

You will promote our products in a positive and compliant way, providing our customers with the detailed and accurate information they need to make informed choices across a range of partners that rely on L&G to provide outstanding service and support our vision to make their lives better.

What you'll be doing:
  • Taking ownership of partner leads by using a confident sales approach, building rapport, and providing high levels of customer service
  • Asking open questions to understand customer needs and explaining product features clearly and accurately
  • Demonstrating passion for sales by being dynamic and self-motivated, utilizing inbound and outbound opportunities to achieve targets
  • Managing customer experience and workload effectively to ensure timely contact, demonstrating flexibility to support overall sales needs
  • Having excellent product knowledge and following processes to generate business
  • Proactively managing personal development and demonstrating company values
  • Providing clear, transparent information about products to drive customer outcomes
