Qualifications

• Experience in life insurance or financial services sales is essential.
• Ability to build trusted client relationships and understand client needs.
• Strong consultative selling and ability to handle objections effectively.
• Clear communication; explain policy features, costs and exclusions simply.
• Proactive business development and high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to identify financial protection needs and objectives.
• Recommend life insurance products: Life Insurance, Critical Illness Cover, Income Protection.
• Compare products from multiple insurers to provide impartial recommendations.
• Explain policy features, costs and exclusions in a compliant manner.
• Generate new business through referrals, leads and existing client relationships.
