About the role

• Lead multiple audit engagements from planning to final report submission, ensuring they are completed within agreed timescales.
• Work closely with clients to provide exceptional service.
• Manage stakeholder relationships at audited entities and collaborate with senior staff while overseeing and developing team members.
• Work closely with Partners.

What are we looking for?

• ACA / CA / ACCA (or equivalent) qualification.
• Experience as an Audit Manager or Senior Manager.
• Relevant insurance sector audit experience.
• Up-to-date technical knowledge of UK GAAP / FRS102 and IFRS.
• Significant experience in leading external audits, managing client portfolios, and leading audit teams.
• Experience in managing, training, and coaching team members.
