Barchester Healthcare Homes Limited is seeking an Activities Lead to create stimulating, tailored activity programmes that enhance residents' wellbeing, independence and social engagement. You will work closely with the community engagement team to build links with the local community and update the home’s social media to showcase activities and events.

Excellent interpersonal skills and a warm, empathetic approach are essential, as is a willingness to learn and progress within the role.
