Job summary

Barchester is seeking an Activities Coordinator for a care home to design imaginative and tailored activities that boost wellbeing and social engagement for residents. You will work to understand each resident's interests and abilities and craft programmes that stimulate and inspire participation.

As part of our team you will foster a warm, empathetic environment, collaborate with families and staff, and deliver activities both inside the home and in the local community.

Qualifications

• Warm, empathetic and personable to join us as an Activities Coordinator.
• Strong organisational skills and driven mindset to get things done and make things happen.
• Willingness to train and progress within the organisation.

• Develop imaginative, fun and motivational activities for residents.
