EY Life Actuarial is seeking a high-performing Manager to lead client projects within the Life Actuarial practice. You will manage projects, liaise with clients and senior teams, and drive delivery through junior members while ensuring high-quality actuarial work.

The role emphasizes strong technical expertise, leadership, and collaboration with cross-functional teams across UK offices, with opportunities to shape client propositions and practice development.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in life insurance gained through a provider directly or a top-tier consultancy
• FIA or equivalent actuarial fellowship required
• Experience managing a team and running a range of projects including delivery and project management

Aufgaben

• Assist in the delivery of key client projects for our clients on a wide range of topics
• Create innovative and commercial insights for clients, adapt methods and practices to fit operational teams and cultural needs, and contribute to thought leadership
• Manage the operational metrics on projects, including resourcing, budgeting and scoping with the senior team and clients
• Contribute to improving operational efficiency on projects and internal initiatives, consistently driving projects to completion
• Deliver to both clients and internal stakeholders with clear timelines and risk management
• Coach and develop junior team members and build a positive learning culture
• Contribute to EY capabilities development and engage with clients on methodological applications
• Collaborate with colleagues across UK Life Actuarial to deliver multi-disciplinary and cross-geographical work
