Job summary

Lidl GB in London is seeking a Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations, develop the team and drive store performance. You’ll own the store, keep customers happy and model Lidl’s values while delivering strong results.

With a salary band of £50,600 to £72,600 per year, the role also offers 30-35 days holiday pro rata, a company car or allowance, a 10% in-store discount, a pension and enhanced family leave. If you’re ambitious and hands-on, you’ll fit right in and help the business grow.
