This position involves providing a range of services using evidence-based practices that support client treatment and promote safe, secure, and therapeutic interventions. Responsibilities include developing therapeutic alliances, applying clinical skills, conducting assessments, creating individualized treatment plans, and delivering daily interventions.

If you are located in Minnesota, you will have the flexibility to work remotely, with some in-person responsibilities.

Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities

• Manage and support supervisees in diagnosing, treatment planning, therapy, care coordination, and client discharge.
• Maintain a caseload of 16 clients and supervise 6-8 clinicians.
• Review supervisee documentation and provide feedback within three business days.
• Attend supervisory meetings and facilitate case consultations.
• Record supervision sessions and coordinate coverage as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Behavioral Science or related field.
• Active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker license in Minnesota.
• Licensed Supervisor with approval to supervise Mental Health Practitioners and Trainees.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Licensed Mental Health Professional.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work onsite or in a hybrid model with at least 3 days onsite.

Preferred Qualifications

• Over 1 year supervisory experience.
• Experience in outpatient mental health and clinical documentation.
• Experience with diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and electronic health records.
• Ability to interpret reports, policies, and regulations, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
