Job Purpose:

To achieve individual and team profit targets while providing outstanding service to TD SYNNEX’s customers, maintaining high levels of accuracy, efficiency, and service to all customers & vendors.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and margin targets.
• Provide accurate and timely quotations to customers.
• Obtain and maintain accreditations in vendor programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with accounts, providing excellent operational support.
• Develop relationships with internal and external contacts.
• Understand vendor license programs and provide product information, pricing, and promotions.
• Ensure service level agreements are met.
• Promote the benefits of using TD SYNNEX and our value proposition.
• Explain the MS CSP Cloud program and provide platform demonstrations.
• Support the internal CSP sales team and collaborate with Business Development Managers.
