This is a temporary role and the rate is £19.81ph PAYE

The successful candidate will take the lead in delivering service improvements, enhance professional standards, consistency, and customer outcomes. The post holder will provide direction to the functions and staff within the Licensing, Parking and Regulation and Safety area and ensure that the teams contribute to their full potential in the delivery on the priorities. They will lead and deliver effective systems, enforcement practices and policies across Licensing, Parking and Regulation and Safety and other partnerships and investigation of complaints, service requests and other licensing and parking matters as required by the Chief Officer.
