Job summary

The Isle of Man Financial Services Authority is seeking a Senior Manager – Licensing & Enablement in its Enforcement & Intelligence Division. The role leads the licence application process and the assessment of individuals to act in controlled functions, with extensive experience in enforcement, compliance and risk.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in enforcement, compliance, risk, or audit roles.
• Strong regulatory and AML/CFT knowledge within financial services.
• Proven ability to manage complex investigations or assurance projects.

• Lead and oversee the licence application process and assessment of individuals for controlled functions.
• Provide strategic direction and oversee the Enforcement & Intelligence Division's licensing activities.
• Foster a culture of compliance, governance and professional development within the team.
