Summary

Under the direction of a Registered Nurse, the Licensed Practical Nurse - Acute Care provides supportive and restorative care to patients, administering medications and treatments according to policies, procedures, and standards of nursing practice.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

1. Education: Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program required.
2. License/Certifications: Current applicable state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date. IV certification required.
3. Experience: One year of relevant experience preferred.
4. Additional Skills/Requirements: N/A
