What Will You Do in This Role?

As a Licensed Practical Nurse | LPN, you will ensure the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care, achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction, in accordance with standards of practice, state, and federal regulations. You will operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act. Your responsibilities include resident care, staff assignments, mentoring, educating nursing personnel, and collaborating with physicians and other medical professionals during your shift.
