We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who loves working with seniors and has a passion for healthcare.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care to assigned patients
  • Administer and record medications and treatments
  • Assist physicians with diagnostic procedures and treatments
  • Reinforce health care instructions to patients and families
  • Participate in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care
  • Assist with patient admission, transfer, and discharge
  • Monitor and report patients' vital signs and conditions
  • Document patient responses to care
  • Maintain a safe and comfortable environment
  • Assist with unit management or assume charge as assigned
