Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

We are hiring a Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LCMHC, or LCSW) to deliver virtual care to clients across North Carolina. This role involves providing consistent therapeutic support for individuals managing anxiety, stress, life transitions, and more—all from a secure home office environment with a structured weekday schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete virtual assessments to determine client needs
  • Conduct one-on-one and group therapy sessions
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
  • Maintain organized and confidential electronic health records
  • Collaborate with other providers as needed to support client care
  • Active North Carolina license (LMFT, LCMHC, or LCSW)
  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
