Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Role in California

  • Type of Role: Full-time
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • Compensation: $115,000 – $120,000 annually with comprehensive benefits.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing professional mental health counseling.
  • Crafting personalized treatment plans to suit client needs.
  • Meeting clients regularly to provide therapy and update plans as needed.
  • Performing ongoing evaluations of client improvement.
  • Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions, referring when necessary.
  • Assisting clients in creating healthier coping mechanisms and emotional stability.

Qualifications:

  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • LMFT licensure in California.
  • Experience working with individuals, couples, and families.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
