What You’ll Do

• Install, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems (furnaces, boilers, central AC, heat pumps, and mini splits)

• Diagnose issues with heating & cooling equipment and provide solutions

• Perform seasonal tune-ups and cleanings

• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners about findings and options

• Ensure all work is performed to code, safety, and company standards

• Accurately record job details in Housecall Pro (training provided)

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 2+ years in HVAC service or installation (apprentices welcome to apply)

• Licensing/Certs: NH Gas Fitters License required

• Skills: Strong troubleshooting, customer communication, and mechanical skills
