Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I to begin with licensing tracks (SIE, Series 7, 66) and training to deliver comprehensive client care. You will learn to acquire, build, and manage client relationships and guide clients through complex financial scenarios.

In this role, you’ll progress toward Stage II, expanding opportunities within Merrill and Bank of America as you grow your advisory skills and network with banking clients and high-net-worth individuals.

Qualifications

• Obtaining required industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, 66) within program timelines.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in financial services or sales.
• FINRA SIE certification within 30 days of hire; Series 7 and 66 within 120 days.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with banking and investment solutions to meet financial goals.
• Build and manage relationships, understand client needs and provide solutions.
• Coordinate with banking and investment partners to deliver end-to-end service.
