Licensed Electrical Engineer
Martz Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Electrical Engineer with deep expertise in medium voltage electrical systems to join our growing team. This position will support the design, review, and implementation of utility service and power distribution projects, focusing on medium and low voltage switchgear. Only applicants with 7+ years of experience in medium voltage systems and a current P.E. license will be considered.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and review medium and low voltage electrical systems, with an emphasis on utility service and switchgear.
- Serve as the responsible Professional Engineer (P.E.) on stamped plans and documentation.
- Generate one-line diagrams, load calculations, arc flash studies, and construction documents.
- Interface with utility companies, clients, and contractors for site service coordination.
- Support field electricians and project teams with technical guidance and QA/QC support.
- Ensure designs are compliant with NEC, NFPA 70E, IEEE, and utility regulations.
Leadership & Team Development
- Mentor and guide team members, particularly in field application of medium voltage systems.
- Collaborate across departments to support integrated solutions that include automation and SCADA.
- Lead by example in quality, professionalism, and safety.
- Assist in the development of electrical standards and internal documentation processes.

Qualifications
- Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Pennsylvania or eligible for reciprocity.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in medium voltage utility and distribution system design.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and power engineering software tools.
- In-depth knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70E, and IEEE standards.
- Comfortable in both office and field environments.
Additional Requirements
- Must reside within 60 minutes of Berwick, PA.
- Experience with low voltage systems and/or control systems is a bonus, not a requirement.
- This position is available as full-time or part-time, depending on applicant fit.
