We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our WISE program, which provides mental health services to these communities and their families/caregivers. We seek a skilled, ethical, licensed clinical social worker with expertise in psychological assessment, diagnosis, and documentation. This role offers flexibility to work in clients' homes (wherever they reside) on your own schedule, delivering care that significantly enhances their quality of life while maintaining the highest standards of ethics and confidentiality.

About the position:
Licensed Clinical Social Workers can provide in-home, non-crisis outpatient mental health counseling to clients of our WISE program, designed to service seniors, medically compromised and intellectually disabled communities, and/or their families/caregivers. LCSWs have the autonomy to manage their own schedules, allowing them to set appointment times and arrange their work hours based on client needs and personal preferences. This includes the ability to work evenings or weekends if desired, though not required. We support a healthy work-life balance and encourage LCSWs to design a schedule that fits their lifestyle while ensuring client needs are met.
Note: WISE Program Clinicians are not on call and are not case managers. This is a clinical role and we can resource connect as needed.
