What we do:

• Truck and coach repairs (all makes and models)
• Authorized Mack & Volvo parts and service center
• Ministry of Transportation authorized motor vehicle inspection station
• Commercial automotive fleet repairs (all makes & models)
• Air conditioning repairs on heavy equipment & automotive (mobile or in-shop)

What you do:

• Inspect, diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and perform repairs on miscellaneous equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Read electrical and hydraulic diagrams
• Quality test repaired equipment
• Complete work orders, in detail, on all tasks completed
• Adapt quickly to meet changing priorities and help resolve issues that may arise on site or in the field.
• Listen and carry out instructions diligently and speak up when instructions are unclear or not understood.

Qualifications for Shop Positions:

• Fully licensed Automotive Technician (310S)
• Valid driver’s license
• Fluent English reading and writing skills. Bilingual French and English an asset.
• WHMIS, AODA, WHSA, and WVH are an asset, but we will provide if needed.

Schedule:

• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• Night shift
• Overtime
