Licensed Architect/Project Manager | CWS Architecture + Interior Design

Intro:

CWS is looking to add a full-time Licensed Architect/Project Manager to our team. We are a social group that works in an open, highly collaborative design environment. Our work is guided by shared core values and a common goal of exceeding client expectations.

Expectations:

The successful candidate will be well-rounded in all facets of developing, managing, and documenting architectural design projects. We are seeking someone who is detail-oriented and has strong document production expertise, coordination skills, and project management experience. This position requires a minimum of three days per week of in-office work.

Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • Have a minimum of 10 years experience in a professional Architecture firm
  • Demonstrate proficiency in both AutoCAD and Revit (work samples required)
  • Be adept at producing and coordinating construction documents, including specifications writing, independently and with a team
  • Have a thorough understanding of building codes
  • Be able to work with small and large teams or independently to coordinate construction documents
  • Be adept at conducting submittal reviews and field visits during construction
  • Be comfortable representing the firm with both established and potential clients/consultants
  • Strong ability to manage positive client relationships, project budgets, and schedules
