Job Description:

STS Aviation Services is hiring Licensed Aircraft Engineers in Norwich, United Kingdom.

Position Summary:

STS Aviation Services is looking to recruit a Licensed B1 and/or B2 engineer, type rated on 737 Max, on a contract basis until the end of November, based at our Norwich Line station. This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing line station operations. The successful candidate will undertake Line Maintenance activities, ensuring all Part 145 maintenance requirements are met according to our processes and procedures.

Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Carry out and certify aircraft maintenance within the limitations of their approvals.
  2. Ensure all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance requirements are completed.
  3. Order spares, complete paperwork for unserviceable components, and record maintenance activities accurately.
  4. Support ad hoc AOG requirements.
  5. Perform maintenance promptly and efficiently.
  6. Rectify defects on inbound aircraft.
  7. Meet and greet inbound aircraft and debrief the crew.
  8. Dispatch aircraft as required.
  9. Perform maintenance tasks with minimal supervision.
  10. Maintain high standards of work.
  11. Complete all documentation.
  12. Follow company procedures, policies, regulations, and MOE.
  13. Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
  14. Comply with Health & Safety and COSHH regulations.
Skills and Experience
  • Part 66 Licence B1, B2, B1/B2.
  • Type rated on 737 Max.
  • Previous Line Maintenance experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a technician.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Full UK Driving licence essential.
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications.
