We are recruiting B1 and B2 CAA Licensed Engineers for our Birmingham Hangar, with opportunities available for both permanent and contract positions. We are looking for engineers with the following type ratings:

• Airbus A319, A320, A321, A330

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintenance, repair, and overhaul of customer aircraft, including all forms of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and certification within the scope of company approvals.
• Provide leadership and supervision of aircraft mechanics and support staff, setting standards of maintenance execution by example.
• Ensure aircraft maintenance activities are performed efficiently and on time to meet customer satisfaction, ensuring on-time performance and technical dispatch reliability.

Skills & Experience Requirements:

• Part 66 CAA License, B1/B2
• Previous base maintenance experience
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and flexibility to adapt to changing requirements
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Organizational skills
• Full UK Driving Licence (Essential)
• Knowledge of MS Office applications
