Responsibilities
- Assist in prioritising, organising, and completing maintenance workload.
- Communicate maintenance status with relevant staff.
- Conduct defect investigation and scheduled maintenance.
- Debrief flying staff regarding defects.
- Maintain aircraft availability for the flying schedule.
- Supervise staff under their management.
- Support operations at other locations when required.
- Communicate on reliability and defect matters.
- Complete documentation as per company procedures.
- Promote a ‘Continuous Improvement’ culture.
