License & Leisure Surveyor - Home based East Midlands/North London/East Anglia/South Yorkshire

Our national client has a strong reputation for delivering multiple services across all industry sectors.

Their Alternatives Division works with pubs, restaurants, healthcare providers, nurseries, and care homes.

This division has grown rapidly, from 0 to 7 members within a few years, and now has a nationwide presence. This role aims to fill a gap in the East Midlands, North London, East Anglia, and South Yorkshire areas.

You should have some experience in trading valuations and be RICS accredited. Ideally, you will have license & leisure valuation experience.

The company currently works with Lloyds, Barclays, VAS, and other challenger banks, and is developing business with lawyers and private clients.

This role offers the flexibility of working from home, with the option to work from London, Birmingham, or Leeds offices occasionally as part of a wider team.
